The TRCCLAIMCLR clears bits in the claim tag and determines the current value of the claim tag.

CLR, [3:0]

On reads, for each bit:

0Claim tag bit is not set.
1Claim tag bit is set.

On writes, for each bit:

0Has no effect.
1Clears the relevant bit of the claim tag.
