Reading this register allows data to be read from the trace memory. When the memory width is greater than the APB width (32-bit), multiple reads to the same location must be performed to get the complete memory dataword. The RRP register is incremented only after the last of the required number of read accesses to fetch one memory dataword completes. When the trace memory is empty, this register returns
0xFFFFFFFF. This value is chosen because it cannot be generated as part of trace data when the formatter is enabled.
