3.4.13 PIDR4

Peripheral identification register byte[4]. Returns byte[4] of the peripheral ID. The PIDR4 register is part of the set of peripheral identification registers.

The PIDR4 register characteristics are:

The following list shows the register bit assignments.

[7:4] SIZEIndicates that the GFC-100 registers occupy a single 4KB page.
[3:0] DES_2Indicates how many Continuation Codes (0x7F) an Arm device requires. For identifying an Arm device or product, the Standard Manufacturer’s Identification Code specifies a requirement of four Continuation Codes.
