2.3.6 Power control
The Power Policy Units (PPUs) in the system are hierarchically clock gated and divided into two clock and reset groups. Each set of clocks and resets are made available for use by expansion power control logic:
- The first group of PPUs run on the CPUDEBUGPIKCLK clock. These PPUs are
reset using a resynchronized version of nPORESETAON, called nCPUDEBUGPIKRESET.
- The second group of PPUs run on the BCRYPTOSPIKCLK clock. These PPUs are
reset using a resynchronized version of nWARMRESETAON, called nBCRYPTOSPIKRESET.
