3.7.2 Integration Mode Control Register

This register is used to enable the Integration Mode.

The ITCTRL characteristics are:

Usage constraints
There are no usage constraints.
Only available in the ADIv6 variant.
32-bit read/write memory-mapped register.

[31:1] - res0.
[0] IME Integration Mode Enable. When set, the APBCOM enters integration mode, which allows integration testing to be performed. The possible values of this bit are:

Functional mode.


Integration test mode.

This bit resets to 0x0.
