Obtain your BSP from ARM Limited.

Once you have successfully accessed the directory, locate and unzip the file ARMPB_AB926EJ-S-WINDOWSCE500-r0p0-00alp0.zip

This contains the file ARMPB_AB926EJ-S-WINDOWSCE500-r0p0-00alp0.msi

Run this .msi file, which displays an Import Wizard. Follow the on-screen instructions, at the end of which the ARMVPB directory is automatically created in <WINCE ROOT>\PLATFORM

Start Platform Builder.

In Platform Builder, select Manage Catalog Items.... from the File menu.

In the Manage Catalog Items dialog, locate the armvpb.cec file and click OK. It may be necessary to click the Import... button and search through the available directories for this file, which is to be found in the <WINCE ROOT>\PLATFORM\ARMVPB\* directory.
