The ARM1156T2F-S processor has two operating states:
32-bit, word-aligned ARM instructions are executed in this state.
32-bit and 16-bit halfword-aligned Thumb and Thumb-2 instructions.
Transition between ARM state and Thumb state does not affect the processor mode or the register contents.
