3.3.16. Configuration Performance Map 4 Register
IECCFGDCGPERFMAP4 is a read-only register and is provided
for diagnostic support. When read it returns the state of the IECCFGDCGPERFMAP[63:32] inputs. This
information is used to determine the quantized fractional performance
for each corresponding index level supported by the DCG.
Table 3.17 shows
the bit assignments for this register.
