3.3.15. Configuration Performance Map 0 Register
IECCFCDGPERFMAP0 is a read-only register and is provided for
diagnostic support. When read it returns the state of the IECCFGDCGPERFMAP[31:0] inputs. This information
is used to determine the quantized fractional performance for each corresponding
index level supported by the DCG.

the bit assignments for this register.
