A ROM table must be present in all CoreSight systems. See ROM table programmer’s model for more information. Figure 2.15 shows the bit
assignments.

Set to 0xFFFFF if no ROM is present. In the initial
CoreSight release this must be set to 0x80000. |

Set to 0xFFF if ROM table is not present. In the
initial CoreSight release this must be set to 0x000. |
