ETM-M3 provides:
tracing of 16-bit and 32-bit Thumb instructions
four EmbeddedICE watchpoint inputs
a Trace Start/Stop block with EmbeddedICE inputs
two external inputs
a 24-byte FIFO queue
global timestamping.
