2.3.2. ETM-R4 clock enable signals

ETM-R4 has the following clock enable signals:

ATCLKEN

This is the ATB clock enable. It can slow down ATCLK.

PCLKENDBG

This is the Debug APB interface clock enable. It can slow down PCLKDBG.
