3.4.2. Software initialization process for GICs that support the Security Extensions

After deassertion of gresetn, the Distributor and CPU Interfaces are disabled. Figure 3.23 to Figure 3.24 show the initialization that software must perform to enable the GIC to route the interrupts to the appropriate processors.
