| STANDBYWFI | Output | Indicates if the processor is in WFI mode: 0 = processor not in standby mode 1 = processor in standby mode. This is a pulse signal. An external master must latch the signal if it cannot deal with it immediately. See Power control for information on how this signal is used. |
