3.11.14. Integration Test ATB Data Register 0

The ITATBDATA0 Register characteristics are:

Purpose

The Integration Test ATB Data Register 0 contains the value of the ATDATAS inputs to the ETB. The values are only valid when ATVALIDS is HIGH.

Usage constraints

There are no usage constraints.

Configurations

This register is available in all configurations.
