3.7.5. Integration Test ATB Control 1 Register

The ITATBCTR1 characteristics are:

Purpose

Performs different functions depending on whether the access is a read or a write:

  • A read returns the value of the atidsn signals, where the value of the Control Register at 0x000 defines n.

  • A write operation in the register outputs the value written in the register to atidm.

The read data is only valid when atvalidsn is HIGH.

Usage constraints

There are no usage constraints.
