C.1. Multi-ICE server

You can start the Multi-ICE server from the DOS command line (from the Win9x MS-DOS Prompt, the Windows NT, or Windows 2000 Command Prompt) or by using Start ? Run to issue an individual command. It is a full Win32 API program.

It understands the following syntax:

Multi-ICEServer [-A | config_file]

where:

-A

Instructs the server to autoconfigure at standard TCK rate.

This parameter is ignored unless the Start-up Configuration is set to None in the Start-up Options dialog (see Start-up Options dialog). All other values for the Start-up Configuration override the -A parameter.

config_file

Specifies a configuration file to use. The settings in the file override the settings in the Start-up Options dialog.
