If you try to run AXD on a computer without first registering all the necessary OCX files, a warning message is displayed. The message, and the action you need to take, depend on whether you are running with Windows, or with UNIX or Linux.
If the OCX files were not registered as described in Installing ADS 1.2 with Windows when you try to run AXD, you see the following message:
Router Init Failed
To register the OCX files, navigate to the \bin subdirectory
of the ADS installation directory, and run register.bat.
If the OCX files were not registered as described in User setup and OCX registration when you try to run AXD, you see the following message:
AXD initialization failed. Ensure all the relevant OCXs are registered.
To register the OCX files, navigate to the /bin subdirectory
of the ADS installation directory, and run register.sh.
