You can set up a memory map by using a BCD file, which you assign to a target connection before you connect.
BCD files for some common targets, such as ARM development boards, are supplied with RealView Debugger. If any of the supplied BCD files correspond to your target system, then you can use those BCD files. Otherwise, you must create your own BCD file.
You can also set up custom memory mapped registers in the BCD file. See the RealView Debugger v3.0 Target Configuration Guide for more details.
