11.24.1. Procedure

To add a breakpoint to the history list:

  1. Set the required breakpoint using the appropriate CLI command.

    For example:

    binstr \DHRY_1\#153:1

  2. Select Break/Tracepoints from the View menu to display the Break/Tracepoints pane. An example is shown in Figure 11.43. If required, expand the entry to make sure that it is the breakpoint that you want to add.

  3. Right-click anywhere on the required breakpoint entry to display the context menu.

  4. Select Edit... from the context menu to display the Edit Breakpoint dialog box.

  5. Click OK to close the dialog box without changing the breakpoint details.

    The breakpoint command includes a modified command qualifier, to show that you have edited the command.

  6. Select Debug ? Breakpoints ? Set Break/Tracepoint from List... ? Break/Tracepoint History... from the Code window main menu to display the breakpoint history list dialog box. The breakpoint that you edited is included in the history list. An example is shown in Figure 11.44.
