To configure top of memory for a Debug Configuration:
Right-click on the required Debug Configuration to display the context menu.
Select Properties... from the context menu. The Connection Properties dialog box is displayed.
On the Basic Settings tab, enter the address of top of memory in the Value field of the Top of Memory group.
For example, enter 0x80000.
Click OK to save your changes.
