CONNECTION entries are used to get a list
of one or more target devices. This setting specifies:
the type of the device
the position of the device in the scan chain
a name used to specify what to connect to.
In some JTAG file forms, additional information such as speed
adjust can also be specified. Using a CONNECTION group
automatically pulls the list of devices from the named file and
provides an easy way to keep the two locked together.
