The peripheral enable switches on S1 enable the buffers and interface logic on the Interface Tile. Disabling a peripheral allows the Versatile Logic Tile signals associated with that peripheral to be used on the prototyping area.
The camera interface does not have isolation logic. Remove the camera module from the Interface Tile to isolate the camera signals from the tile signals.
