The following changes were made in RVCT v2.1:
The C++ libraries, that is, the Rogue Wave and C++ runtime libraries, now support C++ exceptions. The C++ libraries continue to support applications that do not require exceptions support.
The C library now supports all of the wchar.h function,
except file I/O, and the c99 hexadecimal floating-point support
in printf and scanf.
A new region tables format has been introduced to
support compression algorithms. This new format no longer contains ZISection$$Table.
