1.2. RealView Development Suite licensing
All licensing for RVDS is controlled by the FLEXlm license
management system. Use the FLEXlm server software
to track and control your RVDS licenses. You can now request licenses
using the ARM Web Licensing page at http://license.arm.com.

details.
Note
You do not have to contact ARM Limited directly to request
a license.
