4.3.21. Processor ID registers, SYS_PROCID[1:0]

These registers (at 0x10000084 and 0x10000088) returns the information about Core Tiles mounted on the tile sites. SYS_PROCID0 is for tile site 1 and SYS_PROCID1 is for tile site 2.
