To save the post-filtered trace information to a file:
Select File → Save Filtered Trace to File... from the Analysis window menu to open the List Selection dialog box.
Select the type of trace file that you want to save.
Click OK.
If you select Compressed trace for specified source, continue at step 4. Otherwise, continue at step 5.
You are prompted to enter the ID of the trace source:
Enter the ID of the required trace source.
Click Set.
A Save Trace to File dialog box is opened.
Locate the directory where you want to save the trace file.
Specify a filename. The default filename extension depends on the file type you have selected.
Click Save.
