Select File → Export... from the menu.

Select RealView Debugger Support → IP-XACT to BCD, see Figure 7.2. Click on Next.

Select the design file to be exported and enter the location of the destination BCD file or use Browse..., see Figure 7.3. Click on Finish to save the BCD file.
