6.9 Thumb branch
The assembler can issue warnings about non word-aligned branch targets in Thumb code.
On some processors, non word-aligned Thumb instructions sometimes take one or more
additional cycles to execute in loops. This means that it can be an advantage to ensure that
branch targets are word-aligned. To ensure the assembler reports such warnings, use the
following command-line option when invoking the assembler:
armasm --diag_warning 1604
