If you are using floating licenses, this option makes up to
10 attempts to obtain a license when you invoke fromelf.
Use this option if your builds are failing to obtain a license from your license server, and only after you have ruled out any other problems with the network or the license server setup.
It is recommended that you place this option in the RVCT40_FROMELFOPT environment variable.
In this way, you do not have to modify your build files.
