Direct semihosting C library function dependencies

Table 2 shows the functions that depend directly on semihosting.

`__user_setup_stackheap()`	Sets up and returns the locations of the stack and the heap. You might have to re-implement this function if you are using a scatter file at the link stage.
`_sys_exit()` `_ttywrch()`	Error signaling, error handling, and program exit.
`_sys_command_string()` `_sys_close()` `_sys_iserror()` `_sys_istty()` `_sys_flen()` `_sys_open()` `_sys_read()` `_sys_seek()` `_sys_write()` `_sys_tmpnam()`	Tailoring input/output functions in the C and C++ libraries.
