VTRN (Vector Transpose) treats the elements of
its operand vectors as elements of 2 x 2 matrices, and transposes
the matrices. Figure 7 and Figure 8 show examples
of the operation of VTRN.

where:
condis an optional condition code.
sizemust be one of
8,16, or32.Qd, Qmspecifies the vectors, for a quadword operation.
Dd, Dmspecifies the vectors, for a doubleword operation.
