Defined in locale.h, _get_lconv() performs
the same function as the standard C library function, localeconv(),
except that it delivers the result in user-provided memory instead
of an internal static variable. _get_lconv() sets
the components of an lconv structure with
values appropriate for the formatting of numeric quantities.
This extension to the ISO C library does not use any static
data. If you are building an application that must conform strictly
to the ISO C standard, use localeconv() instead.
