3.1 Installing a node-locked license using the ARM License Manager
The ARM License Manager is a graphical tool that runs in Eclipse. It helps you to set up your ARM licensing environment for DS-5.
To install a node-locked license:
Start Eclipse for DS-5.
Select Help > ARM License Manager from the Eclipse for DS-5 menu to display the ARM License Manager dialog
Click Add License to display the Add License dialog box as the

In the Select License Type
page, select Use a license file, license server, serial number,
or activation code. Then click Next.
In the Obtain a new license
page, select Use an existing license file or license server
address, then click Next >.
The Enter existing license details page is displayed, as the

Download a license file from the ARM Web Licensing portal and then
install the license as follows:
Click Browse to locate and select the license file you
downloaded from the ARM Web Licensing portal.
Click Open to select the license file.
Click Finish to add the license file to the list of license
sources for your computer.
This makes the requested changes to your ARM licensing environment.
Click Close to close the
License Manager dialog box.
The license installation is complete.
