After installing the C51 V6.10a update, I receive one of the following error messages when I link my program:
WARNING L1: UNRESOLVED EXTERNAL SYSMBOL SYMBOL: ?C?COPY517
WARNING L1: UNRESOLVED EXTERNAL SYSMBOL SYMBOL: ?C?COPYAMD
WARNING L1: UNRESOLVED EXTERNAL SYSMBOL SYMBOL: ?C?COPYP2
This problem is caused when updating your software from a prior release of V6.x to the latest 6.10a. Typically, this is caused by installing the software 2 times (first as the evaluation version and second as the full update).
To rectify the problem, uninstall the software and re-install it from the V6.10a update. Then, you will have the correct libraries.
