QUESTION

I'm using the STMicroelectronics uPSD3233. In uVision, the Use On-Chip XRAM option defines an XRAM memory range of 0x00-0xFF. The uPSD3233's datasheet lists this address range as 0xFF00-0xFFFF.

Is this a mistake in the device database?

ANSWER

Yes. This is a problem in the database. You may request a corrected version of the device database UV2.CDB in the attachments section below.

STATUS

This device database problem will be resolved in the next uVision release.
