QUESTION

I want to define some double variables and I have therefore added the FLOAT64 directive. But now I am getting the following message at the linker level:

*** ERROR L210: I/O ERROR ON INPUT FILE:
EXCEPTION 0021H: PATH OR FILE NOT FOUND
    FILE: C:KEILARMLIBCALDP.LIB

How do I solve it?

ANSWER

The Keil CARM Compiler does not include double precision floating number support. Because the PKARM kits now include the RealView Compilation Tools, there is no intention to add double floating number support in CARM. Instead, we recommend you use the RealView Compilation Tools.
