Applies to: Mali-55
The difference between AMBA 3.0 APB and APB 2.0 specifications is that APB 3.0 has two extra signals PSLVERR and PREADY.
But even though Mali-55 is designed for the AMBA 3.0 APB interface, the PSLVERR output from Mali-55 is always tied low and PREADY is always tied high as long as PSEL is high. So in summary, as long as the Mali-55 interface is selected, PREADY = 1 and PSLVERR = 0. So these two outputs PREADY and PSLVERR from Mali-55 can be left unconnected in your APB 2.0 compliant system. There should be no other problem in interfacing Mali-55 to your APB 2.0 compliant system.
