What is the purpose of the keyword 'LITE' in the ARMv7 Architecture Verification suite?

Applies to: ARMv7 Architecture

Answer

The term LITE is declared in: v7/validation/include/generic/src/Configuration-Generic.hs as a boolean, with the value FALSE:

    LITE   CONFIG_SETL {FALSE}

Once declared and defined, it is used in a variety of places in the /validation/include/generic/src directory to determine whether a 'lite' version of a function/data is used in tests.
