After upgrading from uVision3 to uVision4, when I connect ULINKpro, Windows does not find a ULINKpro driver. Running the UninstallULINK.EXE and then the InstallULINK.EXE from C:\KEIL\ARM\ULINK\ folder does not help.
You must first manually uninstall the old ULINKpro driver from Windows, then reinstall. To do this:
