I cannot find the "Integration and Implementation Manual" (IIM) on infocenter.arm.com

Answer

In general, the publicly available documentation for ARM processors relates to the programmer's view, so that end users have access to it. Documentation which contains implementation details is typically marked Confidential, and is available only to licensees of the IP under the more strict conditions of the license agreement.

The IIM is Confidential and is delivered as part of the RTL delivery bundle which licensees download.
