RealView Debugger (RVD) can use workspaces to preserve the memory window view settings you have configured for a particular debug session.
However, if you open two memory windows pointing to separate address locations, the debugger may not always correctly preserve the memory address location pointed to by the second window.
The behaviour is related to the way different areas are designated for panes views in RVD. There are two distinct areas:
If you convert the default register pane to a memory window (rather than using two memory windows in the horizontal pane) then both your memory address locations will be preserved.
