How do I set top_of_memory?

Applies to: RealView Developer Kit (RVDK) for OKI

Answer

top_of_memory is a debugger internal variable used to set the application stack base for a semihosted application running on a remote target.

Should you need to edit this value in RVD to match your targets memory map, it is available in the Debug tab of the RVD Register window.
