Use of --asm with RVDK for OKI

Although documented in section 2.3.8 of the RealView Developer Kit for Oki Compiler and Libraries Guide, the --asm option is not available in this kit. This option is available in RealView Developer Suite, to generate assembly listing from a C source file.

Note that this setting is available in Output Control section of Project Properties -> Compiler configuration. There is also a known issue whereby this option can be enabled, but not subsequently disabled. Please do not select the "Assemble Only", or "Assemble and Compile" options in this window.
