Can I use RVXDK to develop for StrongARM-based systems?

No. StrongARM implements ARM Architecture v4 whereas the XScale microarchitecture implements ARM Architecture v5TE. Code compiled using RVXDK will therefore contain instructions not implemented by StrongARM. In addition StrongARM does not implement any JTAG-based debug logic and hence cannot be debugged using Multi-ICE.
