Can I use RVXDK to develop for other ARM-based systems?

No. The versions of the ARM tools provided in RVXDK are specifically tailored for XScale-based processors. These tools cannot be used for developing for other ARM processors. If you need to develop for several different ARM-based systems, then you will need to obtain the full versions of the various ARM tools.
