Are there special TCK considerations (like adaptive clocking) when the core is used within an AHB wrapper?

Answer
No. The AHB wrapper does not really have an effect here - the clock synchronization takes place inside the core.
It is strongly recommended to read the "System Design Guidelines" Chapter of the Multi-ICE User Guide (which may be downloaded from the documentation area of our website). This discusses design of an ASIC or board for correct operation of Multi-ICE, covering a number of related topics.
