Before reading this FAQ:
If you have installed RealView ICE and "RealView ICE" is not present in RealView Debuggers ARM-ARM-NW connection, then you should try the following:
Delete your 'home' directory, found at Core1.6.1xxxwin_32-pentiumhome.
This directory contains a file "rvdebug.brd" which is used by RealView Debugger to hold information about what you can connect to. If this file is deleted RealView Debugger will recreate it (and any other files in this directory) when you restart the Debugger. Re-generating this file should allow RealView Debugger to detect the new RealView ICE connection.
If the above did not work, uninstall RealView ICE and then do a fresh install.
If you have installed RealView ICE before installing RealView Debugger, RealView Debugger might not detect the RealView ICE connection.
If neither of the above solutions work, please send a support request form to firstname.lastname@example.org with the exact details of your problem.
