Yes, you can run the Integration Kit test on your netlist. However, when using your netlist in the Integration Kit environment, be sure not to back annotate timing information onto it. The Integration Kit environment contains behavioural models which have no understanding of annotated timing.
In order to run the test on a back-annotated netlist, you will need to port the Integration Kit test to your ASIC. By so doing, all blocks within your ASIC will have the appropriate timing information annotated.
