What are the differences between PL110 and PL111?

Answer

There are three main differences between PL110 and PL111. They are:

1. PL110 has dual 16-deep programmable 32-bit wide FIFOs for buffering incoming display data whereas PL111 has dual 16-deep programmable 64-bit wide FIFOs for buffering incoming display data.

2. PL111 supports 64-bit master AHB interface to access the frame buffer.

3. PL111 has hardware cursor support for single-panel displays.
